Good place to take a walk.
I like how the lone tree is like 'nyaaa!' Yes, trees can speak. >_>
I didn't think the cemetery would be so cool-looking. I'm new to the city, and since I haven't seen very much of it, of course the cemetery has to be one of my early visits! Only the front part has actual 'tombs' and crosses. I wandered among those when the sun was sinking. Very ethereal, very lovely.
I adopted the grave of "Michael Angelo Martella" this week. He was born in 1982. He died last year. I know several of you born that year. I put a silk flower in his vase, because it was empty.
No critique please, I know I suck with panorama. ^_^
A lot of them were empty. For some reason, the 'older' ones had more flowers than the 'younger' ones. Is it because the tradition of honoring the dead is disappearing? Are peoples' taboos over death growing worse?

I'm Hispanic, so we generally have no problem with death, but feel that visiting the grave is respectful. Kind of like why the Day of the Dead was brought, so we could celebrate their life.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
